  • If you had more than 1 membership in your order, than we’ll need the name and email address for each additional member on your order.

    Shoot an email off to info@theriverguard.com with your order number, the name of each additional member and their email address. It needs to be unique for each member.

  • Do you like access to things like a digital song card? Want to enter giveaways for merch and tickets? Want to get rewarded for attending River Guard events? How about members only merch? That’s all in the app and more.

  • From the login screen, simply hit the forgot password link and it’ll send you mail on how to fix it.

  • Not yet, we’re working on it but Apple and Google don’t make it easy

  • Not yet, trying to get this into the app store or google play store is extremely intensive and likely not worth it for us at this time. You can add it from your browser as an icon on your phone however!
