Away Trip Terms & Conditions
By purchasing an Away Trip package from The River Guard, you agree to the following:
Reservation & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
No Refunds
All trip sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, injury, schedule conflicts, weather, travel delays, or changes to the match schedule.
No Transfers
Reservations are non-transferable.
Your trip package cannot be sold, transferred, or reassigned to another person after purchase.
Trip Changes
The River Guard reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, transportation, hotel accommodations, or other trip details if necessary. Every effort will be made to provide a comparable experience.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the trip. The River Guard reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or illegal. Any costs resulting from removal are the responsibility of the participant.
Travel Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated departure location on time and for complying with all hotel, transportation, and venue policies.
Liability
Participation in this trip is voluntary. By registering, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree that The River Guard, its officers, directors, and volunteers are not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or expenses arising from participation in the trip, except where required by law.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
